제9전시실) 한수실

한수실은 이학여사가 기증한 작품을 전시하고 있다. 작품은 우리 민간신앙에서 받들어온 단군 · 산신 · 제석 · 용왕 등을 소품으로 제작하였으며, 허련의〈노송도〉, 필자 미상의〈연화 어조도〉, 〈청룡백호〉등의 병풍은 모두 대작에 속한다. 이외에 오합상자 · 향주머니 · 꽃신 · 바늘꽂이 등 주로 여인네들이 사용하는 물건에 수를 놓아 아름답게 꾸미고 있다.

Exhibition Room 9) The Korean Embroidery

The collection in the room consists of items donated by Ms. Lee Hahk. Small-scale items feature traditional icons of folk belief such as Dahnkun, Sahnshin(Mountain Spirit), Jesuk(Harvest God), Yongwang(Dragon King). There are also large-scale works such as “Old Pines” (an 8-panel screen) and a collection of elaborately embellished domestic items such as a Chinese box set (a 5-box set), an incense pouch, an embroidered shoes, and a pin cushion. The items in the room display a wonderful workmanship of the artist, who created a unique set of artworks that reflect a thorough knowledge of the characteristics of thread and a great combination of lines and fields created through the art of embroidery.

第9展示室) 韩绣室

韩绣室展示着 鹤女士捐赠的作品。作品以小道具制作了韩国民间信仰尊崇的檀君、山神、帝释和龙王等, 许鍊的< 老松图>、作者不详的<莲花鱼鸟图>、<青龙白虎> 等屏风皆属大作。此外还有五合箱、香囊、花鞋、针花等带有美丽刺绣的女性常用物品。

第9展示室) 韓繍室

韓繍室は李鶴女史が寄贈した作品を展示している。作品は韓国の民間信仰で敬ってきた檀君 · 山神 · 帝釈 · 龍王などを小物で製作し、許錬の<老松図>、筆者未詳の<蓮華漁釣図>、<青龍白虎>などの屏風は全て大作に属する。この他に五合箱 ·香袋 ·コッシン · 針刺しなど主に女性が使う物に刺繍して美しく装飾している。
