제1전시실) 선사 · 백제실

선사시대로부터 백제시대까지 토기의 여러 형태와 변화과정을 살필 수 있도록 전시하고 있으며, 백제 무왕의 익산천도설과 관련하여 익산지방에서 발굴된 유물도 전시하고 있다. 전시된 유물 중 비파형동모와 집모양토기 및 마한 지배세력의 묘제로 알려진 대형의 옹관은 중요한 자료이다.

Exhibition Room1) Prehistory Period · Baekjae Dynasty

The room features earthenware that dates from prehistoric times through Baekjae Dynasty. It also has various items excavated in Iksan area; they provide a material basis for a theory that King Moowang of Baekjae Dynasty moved the seat of his government to Iksan. Of particular interest are a lyre-shaped brass spear, a brass bell from the Eastern Tower of Miruk Temple, and a huge earthen pot that is known to have been used for funeral by Mahan ruling class.

ー目了然地展示着史前时代到百济时代的各种土器及其变化过程、 也展示着从益山地区挖掘出的、与百济武王益山迁都说有关的遗物。展示遗物中的琵琶形铜矛、屋形土器和马韩统制势力墓祭的大型瓮棺属于重要资料。

第1展示室) 先史 · 百済室

先史時代から百済時代まで土器の様々な形態と変化過程を見ることができるように展示しており、百済武王の益山遷都説と関連して益山地方で発掘された遺物も展示している。展示されている遺物の中で琵琶形銅矛と家形土器および馬韓支配勢力の墓といわれている大型の甕棺は重要な資料である。
